FINE PRINT for Grade School Students

Plan ahead and commit to:

  1. Attend the Preview Kickoff Viewing Event at LHN upstairs in the Student Learning Center on Sunday, January 7, from 2:00-5:00 pm.
  2. Attend one or both Grade School Help Sessions on January 22 & 23, from 4:00-5:30 pm. (You can stay later on January 23 if you want to.)
  3. Audition on Monday, January 29, from 4:00-6:00 pm.
  4. *Pay $20 ASAP to receive CD, audition music and script cuts. Make your check payable to LHN and get it to Mr. Stuenkel at Lutheran High North as soon as possible.*
  5. Attend the ALL CAST ALL CREW LOCK IN on Saturday, February 3, from 3:00-7:00 pm.
  6. *Pay $30 MORE toward costume, t-shirt, and food costs if selected to be in the cast.*
  7. Attend rehearsals on Mondays & Tuesdays from 4:00-6:00 pm as needed (see rehearsal schedule).
  8. Attend the special Easter Monday rehearsal on Monday, April 2, from 2:00-8:00 pm.
  9. Provide PARENT HELP as supervisors/helpers at shows and rehearsals as needed. Coordinate with Mr. Stuenkel.
  10. Sell ads for the program or participate in other fund-raisers as needed.
  11. Support this production of Honk! in every way possible.
  12. Notify Mr. Stuenkel IN ADVANCE about any necessary tardies or absences.

*Your initial $20 check will be returned to you if you decide not to continue with the production after Saturday, January 3.*

FINE PRINT for High School Cast Members

Plan ahead and commit to:

  1. Attend the Preview Kickoff Viewing Event at LHN upstairs in the Student Learning Center on Sunday, January 7, from 2:00-5:00 pm.
  2. Attend two or more Help Sessions on January 16, 18, 23, 24, and 25.
  3. Audition on Tuesday, January 30, from 3:30-5:30 pm, OR on Thursday, February 1, from 3:30-5:30 pm. We need to see you for at least 1 hour on one of those 2 days.
  4. Participate in CALL BACKS on Friday, February 2, from 3:30-6:30 pm (unless WE say you are not needed at call backs).
  5. *Pay $30 ASAP to receive CD, audition music and script. Make check payable to LHN and get it to Mr. Stuenkel.*
  6. Attend the ALL CAST ALL CREW LOCK IN on Saturday, February 3, from 3:00-9:00 pm.
  7. *Pay $30 MORE for costume, t-shirt, and food costs if selected to be in the cast.*
  8. Attend 1 to 5 rehearsals weekly as needed (see rehearsal schedule) depending on your role(s).
  9. Attend the special Easter Monday rehearsal on Monday, April 2, from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm as needed.
  10. Sell ads for the program or participate in other fund-raisers as needed.
  11. Support this production of Honk! in every way possible.
  12. Notify Mrs. Molitor IN ADVANCE about any necessary tardies or absences.
  13. Help carry sets, props, and other equipment and put it all away on Tuesday, May 1, from 3:15-5:00 pm.

FINE PRINT for High School Crew Members

Plan ahead and commit to:

  1. Attend the Preview Kickoff Viewing Event at LHN upstairs in the Student Learning Center on Sunday, January 7, from 2:00-5:00 pm.
  2. Attend the ALL CAST ALL CREW LOCK IN on Saturday, February 3, from 3:00-9:00 pm.
  3. Work on sets, props, and tech on Mondays and Tuesdays beginning February 5, as needed.
  4. Attend Tuesday afternoon and evening rehearsals in April, beginning April 3, from 3:30-9:00 pm (see schedule).
  5. Attend the special Easter Monday rehearsal on Monday, April 2, from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm as needed.
  6. Attend the two dress rehearsals on Monday and Tuesday, April 23 and 24, from 3:30-9:00 pm.
  7. Attend all 4 shows on April 26, 27, 28 (see schedule).
  8. Pay $30 for your part of t-shirt and food costs. Make a check payable to LHN and get it to Mr. Stuenkel by April 1.
  9. Sell ads for the program or participate in other fund-raisers as needed.
  10. Support this production of Honk! in every way possible.
  11. Notify Mr. Stuenkel IN ADVANCE about any necessary tardies or absences.
  12. Help take apart sets and take down tech equipment on Monday, April 30, from 3:15-5:00 pm.
  13. Help carry sets, props, and other equipment and put it all away on Tuesday, May 1, from 3:15-5:00 pm.
